Emirates, a global connector of people and places, has announced a special offer for Indian students who are planning their international travel for higher studies. Students who book their tickets online between 25th June and 30th September, 2014 can take avail 10 kilogrammes extra baggage allowance in addition to the applicable 30kgs baggage when travelling to Europe or Australia and one additional piece when travelling to America.
In addition, students can also avail a discount of up to 10% on their next flight booking. These offers are valid on select destinations and for travel between 25th June and 31st October, 2014.
“Studying overseas can be an exciting and fulfilling experience for many Indian students” said Mr. Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates’ Vice President, India & Nepal. “While students prepare for their higher studies and go through the difficult task of applying and getting through their preferred universities, with this offer we wish to give them an assurance that with Emirates their travel needs are well taken care of.”
Emirates operates flights to over 140 destinations in 80 countries including some of the key education hubs such as Australia, London and the airline’s very recently launched service to Boston which is home to some of the world’s top educational institutes and universities including Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University.
