At its session of 7 July 2014 the General Meeting of Adria Airways, The Airline of Slovenia duly took note of the annual report for the 2013 financial year, the opinion of the auditor, the written report of the Supervisory Board on verification of the 2013 annual report and details of the emoluments of members of management and supervisory bodies, and discharged the management and supervisory bodies.
At today’s 34th ordinary session, the General Meeting of Adria Airways d.d. took note of the 2013 annual report and the positive opinion of the auditor. The General Assembly discharged the Chairman of the Management Board, Mark Anžur, and the members of the Supervisory Board, Tone Pekolj, Sergej Goriup, Andrej Bošnjak, Tadej Pojbič, Silva Rogelj and Darja Mataj, for their work in 2013. The General Meeting appointed KPMG Slovenija, podjetje za revidiranje, d.o.o. to audit the financial statements for the 2014 financial year.
The General Meeting set the level of remuneration for performance of function and meeting attendance for members of the Supervisory Board and members of Supervisory Board committees.
