Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel apartment among tourists and businessmen in Dubai, recently held its “Monthly Employee Recognition” ceremony highlighted by various awards and appreciations to its loyal employees.
The monthly gathering celebrates the excellent performance of the employees of Al Bustan Centre & Residence. Top recognitions were given to Alimur Kadir, Commis1 from Food & Beverage as Supervisor of the 2nd Quarter 2016 while Assistant Manager MD Riadul Arefin from Housekeeping received the Associate of the 2nd Quarter 2016 awards.
There were special appreciation certificates given to employees who worked for 15 hours on the first day of the month of Ramadan including employees who received 10 positive customer feedbacks. Certificates of appreciation were also handed to employees who have the cleanest room in the month of June.
In addition, staff and management who attended various trainings and workshops and participated in the property’s charitable campaign in the month of June were also recognized and given training certificates. The new members of the team were also introduced during the event.
