Hampton Hotels, the global brand of more than 1,900 mid-priced Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites hotels, has honored Rhonda Boesen of Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria with the company’s Spirit of Hampton Award.
This award signifies Boesen as a top performer within Hampton Hotels.
Nominated by their peers because of exemplary loyalty, attitude and service, the chosen team member continually exceeds expectations of both customers and fellow team members.
Less than one percent of all Hampton Hotels team members internationally receive this honor each year.
Boesen was nominated for the award by her peers after proving to be an exceptional role model.
“Rhonda continues to make outstanding contributions to guests and team members, showing great enthusiasm in all areas of her work at the hotel,” said Sue Jung, general manager, Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria.
“We are proud of her recognition as a Spirit of Hampton Award winner, the company’s most prestigious team member award.
Team members like Rhonda create a welcoming and exceptional experience for guests, and impacts other team members by creating a domino effect of great service.”
Employed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria since November 2008, Boesen is known for her smile and friendly service. She always strives to go the extra mile by even coming in on her days off.
Boesen is also involved with the Alexandria community through working with the elderly. As a recipient of the award, she will receive a cash prize, a Spirit of Hampton Award plaque, and other special recognition during the year.
Located at 2705 South Broadway Street, the Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria is located near Fat Daddy’s and Broadway Ballroom.
