American Airlines today appointed Juan Carlos “J.C.” Liscano as the new leader of American’s team at Los Angeles International Airport. Liscano will move from Miami, where he is currently managing director-customer care.
“We’re very pleased to have J.C. Liscano join the team in Los Angeles,” said Tim Ahern, vice president-Hubs and Gateways. “Since joining the airline in 1994 at American Eagle, J.C. has continuously illustrated his effective leadership skills. His success at improving customer service is a true testament to his professionalism and management style.”
American Airlines, with its more than 8,700 Los Angeles-based employees, provides 175 daily departures to 54 destinations in seven countries/territories from its LAX Gateway.
