Starting November 14, 2016 until January 1, 2017, the beautifully decorated Festive Desk will station at The Lobby displaying the wonderful foods crafted and handpicked by award-winning chefs as well as carefully selected gift items. The desk is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Bring the Four Seasons Party Home
Executive Chef Andrea Accordi joins the Hong Kong Hotel team this year, bringing his wealth of experience from Florence, Prague, London and Thailand. Italian by birth and passion, Chef Accordi’s cuisine has won accolades around the world, including the first Michelin star awarded in Eastern Europe. For the festive season, in addition to the Hotel’s famed roasted turkey, Chef Accordi presents two more gourmet takeaways for gracious hosts who want to impress their guests at Christmas home parties: whole roasted goose and abbacchio alla Romana.
For guests whose Christmas thoughts wander to those of Old Europe, Chef Accordi presents a whole roasted goose, braised red cabbage, caramelised apple, parsnip mash, and pomegranate sauce. For those wishing to experience a taste of Italian tradition, Chef Accordi offers abbacchio alla Romana, is a traditional festive dish of milk-fed lamb stew with olives, artichokes, and cepes mushrooms.
Guests looking for a complete entertaining experience can choose to order a Four Seasons Take Away Dinner Box – a four course meal with all the fixings. The dinner set includes roasted turkey, chestnut stuffing, cranberry relish, truffle mash, roasted vegetables, rosemary sauce, lobster artichoke cannelloni, gratin of black truffle, amaretto foie gras terrine, quince compote, cacao and fruit bread, and Four Seasons Bûche de Noël.
The complete Take Away Dinner Box for four people is priced at HKD 5,660 while service for eight is priced at HKD 9,280. Guests can order roasted turkey, abbacchio, and whole roasted goose as well as the Four Seasons Takeaway Box via the Festive Desk; 72 hour advance order is required.
Christmas Dining at Four Seasons
For the third year, the Family Christmas Lunch Buffet returns to Four Seasons with a Christmas Day celebration in the Harbour View Ballroom. Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and his banquet team will prepare a feast of festive favourites including a carving station with roasted turkey and stuffing, dim sum from 3 Michelin star Lung King Heen and myriad delectable appetisers including deluxe sashimi and seasonal seafood on ice. The mouth-watering dessert station created by Pastry Chef Ringo Chan includes a kids table sure to keep the little ones entertained and parents merry throughout the festive gathering.
The Family Christmas Lunch Buffet will be held on December 25, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. Cost is HKD 1,288 per adult with one glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and free flow of standard drinks, and HKD 638 per child with free flow of standard drinks.
