Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) held the Extraordinary Board Meeting No.5/2014 on 28 August 2014, at THAI Head Office, chaired by Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, THAI Vice Chairman, as Acting Chairman of the Board, with the following results.
Appointment of members of Board of Directors in place of members’ resignation as follows:
1. Appointment of LPG Anantaporn Kanjanarat, Comptroller of The Army, to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Dheerasak Suwannayos
2. Appointment of Mr. Weerawong Chittmittrapap, Lawyer of Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor LTD., to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of ACM Prajin Juntong
3. Appointment of Mr. Somkiat Sirichatchai, Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at Kasikorn Bank, to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Somchai Siriwatanachoke
4. Appointment of Mr. Veerathai Santiprabhob, Advisor of Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI),to be a member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Athapol Yaisawong
