From Asia with Love at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria, Egypt

Both will continue through August 30, 2016.

 

Thai cuisine is famous for its seafood selection, and no wonder as the country has two coastlines, the Gulf of Thailand to the south and south east and the Andaman Sea to the south west. It consists of lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and layers of flavours, also known for being spicy. Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo learned about the art of home cooking from her own father, and with his inspiration and her gift in cooking she took her passion to the test in the professional kitchens of five star hotels where she stayed and gained 10 years of experience. Now, Chef Seefah is creating her own brand name.

 
For sushi lovers, Chef Karan Bane is back again for the second time this year. With his professionalism in the art of Japanese food for more than 10 years, Chef Karan, though quietly assertive on the surface, is deeply passionate with a remarkable enthusiasm and talent. At Fresca he will present sushi lovers with crispy mango and avocado maki, tuna sakura maki, torched salmon with spicy miso and a lot more to discover on his daily buffet.
