Bahia At Four Seasons Hotel Miami Launches New Menu

Published on : Thursday, August 11, 2016

Following the unveiling of the newly renovated poolside restaurant and sunset lounge, Bahía at Four Seasons Hotel Miami introduces a new menu offering flavours inspired by the coastal regions of Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, mirroring the cultural influences surrounding the Magic City.

Authentic spices, rubs and marinades featuring achiote and other fragrant and spicy flavours pay homage to the inspiring culinary scenes of these regions with dishes that include spicy adobo pork ribs; ceviche Veracruzano; a special taco menu of guajillo short rib, cochinita pibil, pescado and fried soft shell crab all served on locally-made masa tortillas; and the lunchtime favourite Bahia Bowl featuring gigante beans, vegetable salpicon, arroz verde, crema picante, queso, guacamole and a choice of short rib, cochinita pibil, mojo chicken, mahi mahi or shrimp asada. A spiced Mexican chocolate cake and house-made paletas, or popsicles, offered in a variety of tropical flavours including a spiked mango Margarita, are the sweet and refreshing end to a poolside lunch in Bahía.

A complementary beverage program features an exciting selection of tequilas and single village mezcals, including a bespoke reposado tequila exclusively barreled for Bahía. Specialty cocktails showcase bar favourites with a tequila twist – Mezcal Mule, Mexican Mojito, a classic Bahía Margarita and others. A selection of wine, bubbles and craft beer are also available.
