Tourism businesses from across Scotland will be competing to be crowned winner at this year’s Scottish Thistle Awards in a glittering awards ceremony at Stirling Castle on Friday 15 November 2013.
Organised by VisitScotland, the Scottish Thistle Awards recognise the exceptional efforts made by companies and individuals across the industry including accommodation providers, visitor attractions, tour operators, food and drink establishments and event organisers.
Regional winners from the North East & Tayside, Central South West and Central South East will come together with the winners of the Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards for the national final which will be presented by Lorraine Kelly.
The event will also see the crowning of the Silver Thistle Award winner; the award recognises an individual’s outstanding contribution to the country’s tourism industry.
