Best-WesternBest Western International is helping guests save on travel and extend their family trips another night with big online discounts. Now through February 2, 2014, guests can save up to 20 percent off at participating hotels just by booking the internet-only rate at www.bestwestern.com.
In addition to the online discounts, Best Western Rewards members who register for the promotion, and book their stay at bestwestern.com will also receive 1,000 bonus points for each qualified stay through February 2. There is no limit on the number of bookings and points members can earn during the promotion period.
”Traveling to see loved ones over the holidays can be tough on the family pocketbook, but it shouldn’t be,” said Dorothy Dowling, senior vice president of marketing and sales for Best Western International. “In addition to the immediate savings, BWR members staying for a long weekend can earn enough points for a free night or gift cards to dozens of retail partners.”
Elite members will receive an additional 500 bonus points per stay. In addition, Best Western will also donate 500 points per Elite stay to Best Western for a Better World® charities.
This new campaign builds on Best Western’s 2013 efforts to offer promotions that are easier to redeem and increase the value to more frequent guests. The winter savings are immediate, and bonus points are earned on top of base points for each stay. While other hotel brands have seen 2013 as an opportunity to devalue their programs, Best Western remains committed to providing more value to its loyalty program members.
