Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 27, 2014
The annual Thanksgiving Feast in THE Blvd features a uniquely crafted menu for the occasion, as well as the “Turkey to Go” takeout menu, skillfully prepared by Executive Chef Thomas Bellec.

 

This year’s Thanksgiving menu offers delicious starter options such as roasted celery root soup with parmesan cream; grilled pear salad with pancetta vinaigrette and Point Reyes bay blue cheese; or venison carpaccio with green apple and heirloom beet salad, followed by a second course of roasted pumpkin gnocchi with duck prosciutto, roasted chestnut and truffled brussels sprouts.

 

 

Main courses include options from butter basted Mary’s Farm turkey with sourdough-cranberry stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes and maple roasted root vegetables; to pan seared wild bass with braised baby fennel, herbed spaetzle and chive broth; or brasied lamb shanks pot au feu with autumn vegetables. Sweeten the night with delicious dessert selections such as the milk chocolate pumpkin pecan bar; apple tarte tatin; cranberry chiboust pumpkin olive oil sponge cake; caramelized rosemary pecan tart; or cranberry crème brûlée.

Turkey To Go
Leave the cooking to the culinary team at Beverly Wilshire this Thanksgiving by ordering a traditional Turkey to Go. Bring the sophisticated flavours from the kitchen at Beverly Wilshire home with this memorable feast.

 

Start with the Santa Maria Farm green salad with roasted beets, caramelized pears, candied pecans, crumbled goat cheese and cider vinaigrette before moving onto the sage butter basted organic Mary’s Farm turkey (20 pound/9 kilogram, pre-sliced) with sage gravy and cranberry-orange sauce, traditional brioche stuffing, buttermilk mashed sweet potatoes, roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts with truffle oil, savoury cornbread muffins and maple pumpkin pie.

Christmas Eve – Wednesday, December 24, 2014
Dine with Beverly Wilshire this Christmas Eve and enjoy a special evening amid the festive decor, with a special four-course set menu to usher in the holiday. Enjoy a menu of chestnut soup with oxtail croquette;dungeness crab and smoked salmon Savoy; seared sea scallops with persimmon puree; warm Comté cheese and roasted artichokes terrine; pan seared pigeon supreme with spinach savarin and roasted baby beets; roasted John Dory fillet with queso fresco; or pan seared lemon ricotta gnocchi, all finished with a delectable selection of desserts.

Celebrate Christmas Day in THE Blvd, which include both a special buffet brunch and a prix fixe dinner.

 

Starters include roasted chicken liver parfait or dungeness crab and smoked salmon savoy, followed by a choice of seared sea scallops or red wine risotto, then mains including buttermilk roasted organic turkey, roasted John Dory fillet or pan seared lemon ricotta gnocchi.

New Year’s Eve – Wednesday, Decembert 31, 2014
There are two opportunities to ring in the New Year with style at Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills:
