British Airways is seeking graduates to join one of its six schemes in 2015 and offer them a world of opportunity.
The programme opens for applicants today, with details available on the airline’s website.

From the more specialised programmes of engineering and finance to the broader Leaders for Business management scheme, British Airways has a position to suit all talents and ambitions.
Daniel Hill, graduate programme leader, said: “Successful applicants to our graduate scheme need to be skilled, in particular, at relationship building, influencing, commercial awareness and customer service.
One under-rated trait that we particularly seek is curiosity – we would like to meet graduates who are open to new challenges and keen to learn.
As a leading global premium airline, we have a great variety of roles available for those who have the desire and potential for leadership. Our current graduates have worked on a whole range of projects – from multi-million pound procurement deals to commissioning a British Airways branded sleeper suit to help comfortably transport a horse with a skin condition.

Alumni of the British Airways graduates scheme are represented in all the airline’s directorates, at all levels, and in jobs all over the world.
Current roles filled by graduates or those who have completed the programme include: director of operations; executive vice president, China; duty airport manager, New York; head of revenue management; manager engines.
