Budget and Valued Caravan Trip for Thai-Laos-China route to start from 22-29 March

Thai-Lao-HERE-3475-300x203Route R3A is known as the road which links Bangkok and Kunming, Capital of Southern China’s Yunnan province and has approximately a 1,800 kms distance. Nowadays this route has facilitated transport among countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion, supporting economic integration at macro level, including tourism and cultural exchanges. It also presents opportunities for Thailand to draw more tourists from southern China.

After the opening of the 4th Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge, which links Chiang Khong on the Thai border with Huayxai in Laos, the bridge is expected to boost economic and trade activities of three countries, investment, tourism among neighboring Southeast Asian nations and southern China, and also support the implementation of Asean Economic Community in 2015. The opening of the 4th Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge is a complement of Route R3A and then makes it more perfect.

Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT.), Chiang Rai Office, Tri Petch Isuzu Group, and Extender Co.,ltd., proudly to present the self drive travel (Educated Caravan Trip) to China and Laos by Route R3A. The itinerary starts from March 22nd, 2014 at Chiang Khong to Huayxai (via Chiang Khong Boundary Post)-Boten/Mohan-Jing Hong (Xishuangbanna)-Muang La-Luang Prabang and ends at Nan on March 29th, 2014.

Ways of life can be seen along the Route. This is a fantastic sightseeing and adventure trip for all people only 18,900 Baht/person, including meals, accommodations, sightseeing tours, shows, visa, and insurance. Four persons are limited for one vehicle.
