Chef Hung Fong NG and his team of master chefs are presenting a range of traditional delicacies like Chicken Jiaozi, Spicy skewered chinsui prawns, Jade asparagus soup with wolf berries, Braised chilly crab meat on a bed of crisp rice noodles, Stir fried prawns with lychees and fresh chilly, Whole fish jinan style, Spicy malha sliced chicken with shitake and leeks, Pan fried bacon with coriander bean sprouts, Silken tofu with double mushroom in chilly garlic sauce, Aromatic coriander water chest and tomato fried rice,Nian Gao and many more specialties.
