Our Valentine’s 4-course menu has been specially designed to give a taste of love to our couples at The China Coast Pub + Restaurant from 14th to 16th February. The “journey” of the menu begins with a seafood starter, the Pan-seared Scallop with Avocado and Tomato Parfait served with Kumquat Dressing. The freshness from the scallop and kumquat dressing, and the avocado just “click” when they meet. It then come the soup course where the intense flavor of the roasted pumpkin and honey leaves in your mouth and opens up your appetite for the main courses where options of U.S. Tenderloin stuffed with foie gras, and Lobster with Sake Sabayon and Rack of Lamb are available. The intimate dinner is completed with the dessert Chestnut and Chocolate Napoleon, the traditional romance to remember. The menu is priced at HK$428 plus 10% service charge.
If you prefer a grand selection of buffet, Café Neo will be an ideal place. On top of the buffet menu, couples can also enjoy a complimentary 12oz Heart-shape T-bone steak paired with a glass of sparkling wine, all priced at HK$468 plus 10% service charge only.
For guests who wish to make their Valentine’s Day a more memorable one, Regal Oriental Hotel is offering a special overnight stay package at just HK$ 2,088 plus 10% service charge, available from 14th to 16th Feb. An additional charge of HK$ 200 applies on 14th February.
