Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s global hotel loyalty program, Club Carlson, has just scooped the Loyalty Campaign of the Year at the 2013 Mega Awards held recently in Vancouver, one of the hospitality industry’s highest accolades!
Now in its fourth year, Mega Awards reward genuine innovation in the airline and travel business, recognizing the best loyalty, ancillary revenue and social media activity.
Club Carlson’s engaging online campaign was designed to thank members for their loyalty by offering a personalized reward through a social media channel, enhancing both brand and member engagement. Members were directed to Club Carlson’s Facebook page where they could see an animated presentation of their personal festive offers being unwrapped. They could also send personalized, electronic greeting cards with their own uploaded photos and messages.
