Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM, a leader in the upper-midscale hotel category and the homegrown brand from Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group today announced it has signed a hotel at 2835 Monroe Avenue in Rochester, NY.

The hotel is scheduled to open under the Country Inns & Suites By Carlson brand name in the first quarter 2014 and offers 68 guest rooms and features a business center.
The hotel will be owned and operated by The Top Deal Corporation of Rochester, NY.
