Red Sky, the romantic rooftop dining venue on the 55th floor of Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World presents the Crab Delights menu, with crab to delight every lover of seafood throughout February, the month of love.
The inventive menu includes Crab Quiche, the warm pastry covered with succulent brown and white crab meat, and topped with seasonal salad leaves; Devilled Crab Gratin, well-spiced crab meat sprinkled with buttery brioche crumbs and gruyere cheese; and other creative delights such as Spider Crab Risotto, Steamed King Crab Legs, Crab Bisque with Tortellini, and Crab Spaghetti Puttanesca.
