A meeting to endorse Cuban tourism in China, which held yesterday was attended by tourism professionals and businesses linked to tourism today.
Around 100 businesspersons met at the Caribeño restaurant, located in one of this capital’s luxury hotels.
There, Consul Javier Jimenez presented an analysis of Cuba’s human, cultural, natural, and historical draws.
Jimenez also explained the different kinds of visits Cuba offers, sun and beach, history and culture, ecotourism, offering something for each age group, and he too mentioned the hotel industry and its development, among other aspects.
Participants enjoyed Cuban music, dance, and gastronomy, along with the information provided by the Consul.
Cuban ambassador to China Alberto Blanco, delivered a commemorative plaque to Sui Yi, deputy general manager of the Chinese company Beijing Tiangjian International Travel Service Co. Ltd, for his work in the Cuban tourist market and presented her with an expense-paid trip to Cuba, courtesy of the Cuban Gaviota agency.
