The 35-year-old Italian masterchef, who has become an heir apparent to the mission of Milan’s famed ‘Il Luogo’ art-cum-fine-dining restaurant has signed up for a star appearance at Gourmet Abu Dhabi.
Chef Pisani will be hosted at BOCCA, the lively contemporary Italian dining outlet at the Hilton Abu Dhabi, from February 15-18. Chef Pisani will also stage a culinary creation workshop and host a chateau dinner.
The two-Michelin-starred ‘Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia’ – where Chef Fabio now shares responsibility for the kitchen – is a 50-year-old Milanese institution where the walls are decorated with art works curated by acclaimed Milanese artist Paolo Ferrari.
