T4WOTC, a solution for employment related tax credits and incentives, is integrated with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service, a component of Oracle Talent Management Cloud, a web-based job candidate screening and recruiting software. This integration, supported by Deloitte’s tax screening services, can provide organizations with a technology solution to improve accuracy and efficiency of tax screening for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Federal Empowerment Zone Tax Credit.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers.
With Deloitte’s T4WOTC technology and services, organizations will be able to move from a paper-based process to an electronic one, reducing the labor, time and complexity involved with a tax credit screening program. They will also be able to utilize real-time data analytics to better understand their screening program and related benefits. WOTC is a federal tax credit designed to encourage businesses to hire individuals from certain targeted populations who typically face barriers to employment, including veterans and unemployed or underemployed job seekers who are receiving government assistance. The Federal Empowerment Zone Tax Credit is aimed at reducing unemployment and generating economic growth in distressed communities.
“Recruiting, retaining and developing critical talent is a top priority for every organization,” said Carl Allegretti, chairman and chief executive officer, Deloitte Tax LLP. “Increasingly, we are seeing human resource and tax leaders collaborate on strategic hiring decisions, which includes being aware of all the federal, state and local tax credits available when hiring eligible employees.”
“Achieving Oracle Validated Integration gives our customers confidence that the integration between Deloitte’s T4WOTC technology and Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service is functionally sound and performs as tested,” said David Hicks, Vice President, Worldwide ISV, OEM and Java Business Development, Oracle. “For solutions deployed on-premise, in the cloud or both, Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical review and test process that helps to reduce deployment risk and improves the user experience of the partner’s integrated offering.”
