Delta Air Lines’ Board of Directors has set the airline’s annual meeting of stockholders for 7:30 a.m. ET, June 27, 2014.
The meeting will be held at the offices of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, LLP, 825 Eighth Ave., New York, New York.
The record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting will be the close of business on May 2, 2014.
Delta Air Lines serves nearly 165 million customers each year.
This year, Delta was named the 2014 Airline of the Year by Air Transport World magazine, marking the first time in a decade that a North American-based carrier has earned the distinction.
With an industry-leading global network, Delta and the Delta Connection carriers offer service to 322 destinations in 59 countries on six continents.
