Enrollment is now open for Delta Vacations University, formerly known as MLT University, and will be held in September at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta, GA. Travel professionals from the U.S. and Canada are preparing to attend this nationally recognized, travel industry educational seminar series and tradeshow, where they will attend in-depth classes and learn what’s new in vacation travel.
“For more than 20 years, MLT University has been the nation’s premier leisure travel, industry event for continuing education and networking opportunities for travel professionals nationwide,” said Delta Vacations President John Caldwell. “Delta Vacations University will continue to provide world-class offerings to help travel agents continue to advance their business.”
Scheduled for September 17-18, the Atlanta-based event includes informative seminars; new classes; a hotel, destination and tour partner tradeshow; and networking sessions for travel professionals.
Participants can design their own schedule from a selection of more than 60 classes on topics including:
· Destination-specific classes for the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Latin America;
· Business development classes, such as how to leverage social media to find leads and engage with clients;
· Sales-specific classes designed for both new and experienced travel agents, and
· Workshops targeted toward identifying opportunities within the wide range of travel agent customers, such as millennials.
