From the 11th-16th August, the public roads that make up the 7.4 mile Dundrod Circuit in Northern Ireland are transformed, becoming the official home of the World’s Fastest Road Race and providing an unmissable spectacle for road racing fans and families alike.
Riders including Guy Martin, Bruce Anstey and Michael Dunlop will battle it out on some of the planet’s most exotic racing machines for the final silverware of the season, as thousands of spectators from across the globe look on.
2014 is shaping up to be a vintage year for the UGP, as Michael Dunlop has already proven that his new BMW is capable of wins and all eyes will be on Tyco Suzuki’s Guy Martin as he seeks to continue his success in the Superbike class around the Dundrod circuit.
Always a fan favorite, Guy won both superbike races in 2013 but there are plenty of riders lining up to ensure he won’t see a repeat this year. You can’t afford to miss it!
Renowned for its hospitality, there’s also plenty to do when the racing stops as the paddock is a hive of activity and is open to fans all week with family entertainment, food and retail stands, music and a bar in the marquee every night.
Tickets allowing entry to the circuit and paddock cost £25 per person for the week, or £15 for Wednesday and Thursday only. Under 16s go free.
