EDGE Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Denver will host an exclusive four-course wine dinner in partnership withPenfolds, an award-winning Australian winery, on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 6:00 pm.
“Our culinary team and I are excited to partner with Penfolds, one of Australia’s oldest and well-known wineries,” says Robert Davis, sommelier of EDGE.
Beginning with a welcome reception featuring a 2011 Adelaide Riesling, Executive Chef Simon Purvis will showcase the following menu, offering the very best local produce and products:
First Course
Wild rabbit terrine, blueberry, frisee, pistachio, chocolate brioche

Grass fed beef strip loin, bacon broth, yukon potatoes, spinach, crisp carrots
