From Brickell to Brooklyn, Four Seasons Hotel Miami Executive Chef Aaron Brooks heads to the Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Coca-Cola to showcase the modern steakhouse EDGE, Steak & Bar, named one of the “Hottest Places to Eat and Drink in Miami” by Ocean Drive magazine.
Recognised as a “Master of Meat” and Miami’s “Lambassador,” the Aussie native has been invited to participate in two events, the I Love Miami Spice dinner on Saturday, October 15 and the Game Day Eats event on Sunday, October 16, 2016.
During Chef Aaron’s culinary trip to New York, EDGE, Steak & Bar will feature a special dinner menu from October 12 to 16, 2016 offering a taste of both events.

In celebration of the 15-year anniversary of Miami Spice, The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, in conjunction with its Miami Spice Restaurant Program have invited chefs Aaron Brooks of EDGE, Steak & Bar and Michael Pirolo of Macchialina and Bazi to represent Miami’s hot restaurant scene. The exclusive dinner will take place in one of the hippest boroughs of New York – Brooklyn – at Oleander’s, located within the McCarren Hotel.
