From 13 September to 12 October, Canberra’s world-class floral extravaganza returns to Commonwealth Park for its 27th year. With a range of fantastic program of events inspired by the 2014 theme, Passion, Accor hotels in Canberra will meet any accommodation requirements to fully enjoy Australia’s biggest celebration of spring.
A ‘Spring Festival Package’ is now available at all five Accor hotels in Canberra which includes:
Two nights’ accommodation in a standard room
Buffet breakfast for two
A $50 Bunnings gift voucher (one voucher per room per stay)
Rates start from $115 at ibis budget Canberra, from $129 at ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk, from $139 at ibis Styles Canberra, from $169 at Mercure Canberra and from $199 at Novotel Canberra. Conditions apply, packages are a minimum two nights’ stay and all rates are per room per night. The ‘Spring Festival Package’ is valid from 12 September until 12 October.
In addition to the beautiful flower displays, there are activities for everyone with different themed weeks over the festival – Arts & Culture, Food & Wine, Family Fun and Outdoors & Adventure.
Floriade NightFest will return for the seventh consecutive year featuring astonishing lighting shows, famous comedians, roving entertainment and bustling night markets. From 24 September to 28 September, Commonwealth Park will be transformed into an illuminated wonderland for five magical nights.
