Explore the best of Turkish cuisine at Salt restaurant

jumeirah-group-turkish-cuisine Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa has welcomed chefs from Jumeirah Bodrum Palace in Turkey and launched the ‘Turkish Delights’ themed nights.

 

 

Three renowned Turkish chefs have been invited to revive the authentic flavours of Ottoman cuisine throughout December.  The launch was inaugurated by H.E. Murat Tamer, Turkish Ambassador to Kuwait; Turkish personalities and a group of VIPs.

 

 

A specially-prepared set menu for KWD 18 per person is available which includes a choice of appetisers and a salad buffet. Guests can taste the renowned toyga asi yoghurt soup, freshly oven-baked rustic bread and the flavourful meats of kuzu kuseleme and manti stuffed ravioli. Aromatic desserts will include oven-baked sutlac mastic rice pudding, the legendary halawa and other Turkish specialties.

 

 

General Manager Hakan Petek said: “We are delighted to host a month of Turkish delights and demonstrate the culinary expertise and passion of authentic Ottoman cuisine. Our Turkish chefs bring exceptional culinary experiences to offer our guests a Turkish experience that they will remember.”

 

 

Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa welcomes diners to discover signature Turkish cuisine accompanied by live music at Salt restaurant every day at 7pm except Sundays.
