Four Seasons Hotel Boston (@FSBoston) celebrates the sport of rowing – one of the great New England pastimes with deep roots in Boston – with the #FSProRow live Twitter chat on Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:00 EDT.
Participants include 2012 Olympic rowing champions Esther Lofgren (@EstherLofgren), Natalie Dell-O’Brien (@NatalieDellOB) and Genevra “Gevvie” Stone (@GevGevs), celebrated athletes featured in the Hotel’s Row Like A Pro Extraordinary Experience package this September.
Lofgren, a native of California, won a gold medal in the eight at the 2012 Olympic Games in London; Dell O’Brien, a native of Maryland, won a bronze medal in the quadruple sculls at the 2012 Olympic Games; and Stone, a Boston native, finished seventh in women’s singles at the 2012 Olympic Games. During the chat, the featured athletes discuss the road to the Olympics, reveal training tips of the pros and answer questions about all things rowing.
