BUE_035_aspect16x9-300x168As part of its just completed multi-million dollar renovation, Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires unveils seven new salons for social and corporative events, fully equipped with cutting-edge technology, design and innovation.

“In these beautiful new settings, we are also introducing a new concept in events that we call ‘Yours,’” says Rebeca Selley-Morales, general manager of the Hotel.  “Local cuisine and totally personalized service – with each event both unique and memorable – means that every occasion is entirely yours.”Events at Four Seasons: Highlights

The Spaces: At 416 square metres (4,478 square feet) the Felix Ballroom with its skylit pre-function area accommodates up to 250 for a sit down event or 450 for a reception.  The more intimate Blas room offers natural light, ideal for daytime meetings.  Five additional rooms – Piero, Valentino, Greta, Gricel and Margot – complete the suite on the Hotel’s mezzanine level.

More options: The historic La Mansión offers five additional spaces with Beaux Arts period décor that can accommodate 24-48 guests at tables, or up to 80 for a reception.  The grand staircase remains a favourite spot for wedding photos.

The Look: Few things stir up so much passion in Argentina as the tango, which is why it served as inspiration for the designers team. Its energy and fluid movements are reflected in every detail of the decoration, creating a sophisticated, dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.  Even the names of the rooms reflect this aesthetic.

Palissandro marble, Makassar ebony, bronze, steel, stucco and black galaxy granite are some of the materials used in the renovation. Predominant colours are beige, brown, dark grey and wine-red. Washrooms have also been redecorated with marble, granite, venecitas tiling and lighting devices with high architectural design.

Additional details include an impressive lit-from-within onyx reception desk, and blown glass lamps. The Art: Abstract paintings by Argentine artists are the main characters of the decoration. Aldo Sessa pictures evoke tango movements, a theme which is reflected along the carpets of the salons, the new furniture and interior lighting.

The Technology: New equipment, lighting and audio-visual devices have been installed throughout the mezzanine spaces.  Features include programmed dimmer lighting, music systems and more to customize each event. The Menus: Original menus are by the hand of the Hotel’s Executive Chef Juan Gaffuri and the culinary team behind the city’s most exciting new dining and drinking venues – Elena and Pony Line.

The Location: Salons at the mezzanine are strategically located, adaptable to every kind of social and corporative event, with direct access to the Hotel lobby through two stairways, four elevators or across the Pony Line bar.”Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires proudly presents these new salons, which are the perfect venue for a memorable social or corporative event. This launch joins the magnificent renovation of the lobby, bar, restaurant, garden and rooms. We hope to have you soon at ‘home’ to enjoy all of our new spaces,”, says Selley-Morales.
