Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley kicks off a series of wine related events this fall. The series debuts with an afternoon wine tasting from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 26, 2013 and will feature wine selections from seven local Santa Cruz Mountain Wineries including Ridge Vineyards, Thomas Fogarty Winery, TestaRossa winery, Clos LaChance Winery, Savannah Channele Vineyards, Demenico Winery and EmmaLily Vineyards.
The tastes will be complemented by bites from Quattro’s Intermezzo menu. With a frequently changing menu of sharing plates reflecting both Chef Marco Fossati’s ingenuity and his Italian roots, Intermezzo’s convivial atmosphere around the tall communal tables is perfect for an afternoon of wine tasting with friends.
