Executive Chef Jesse Hansen invites guests into his kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. In the monthly dinner series “Prologue,” Chef Hansen features innovative, seasonal menus for an evening of culinary surprises and entertainment.
Each month’s menu will feature an artisanal theme highlighting the best seasonal ingredients from hand-selected purveyors. The intimate dinner is limited to 22 guests and allows diners to interact with Chef Hansen throughout the evening.
Each dinner begins with a welcome reception at 7:00 pm with passed hors d’oeuvre, interactive cocktail station and champagne in the kitchen. Guests can mingle with the team of Four Seasons chefs, wine experts, mixologists, and the occasional local purveyor. The lively reception is followed by a four-course dinner at 7:30 pm, during which Chef Hansen guides guests through his culinary vision, with wine or cocktail pairings available. Dessert is always an indulgent and spectacular surprise, as Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy showcases his creativity and expertise.
