The teams at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler and SIDECUT Modern Steak are gearing up to help participating guests have a great GranFondo experience. An annual mass-participation cycling event, RBC GranFondo Whistler is designed for cyclists of varying abilities.
On Saturday, September 10, 2016, more than 7,000 cyclists will brave the 122 kilometre (76 mile) climb from sea-to-sky, reaching an elevation of 1,700 metres (5,580 feet) from downtown Vancouver to Whistler Village. Four Seasons Resort Whistler is the perfect place to conclude this exciting journey – with a relaxing massage, rejuvenating dip in the whirlpool and a healthy, hearty celebratory dinner at SIDECUT.
Four Seasons Resort Whistler supports GranFondo riders with a special GranFondo amenity and offers a Après Cycle Massage special. This full body massage utilises warm stones, hot towels and peppermint foot mask to ease inflammation, constriction and soreness. Special emphasis is placed on the legs to help rejuvenate tired muscles.
