From Turin, Rome and Milan, the aperitivo has gone worldwide as the emblem of the Italian arte di vivere. Friends meet for a drink after work around an Italian buffet complimented by everyone’s good spirits.
Now, every Thursday in the elegant lobby of Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, guests are invited to celebrate the art of the aperitivo with Chef Francesco Montano and Sommelier Federico Colombo.
Near the fountain on the patio is a piazetta, and driven by a jazzy sound, Federico, a true maestro of wine and cocktails, tickles the taste buds by offering his latest findings, as well as classic cocktails from Harry’s Bar, such as Martinis, Aperol Spritz, Bellini or even the famous Negroni, a Milanese cocktail made of Campari, gin and vermouth.
Chef Montano imagines for its buffet tavoletta (small plates) of meats, cheeses and vegetables, pizzettas, cicchetti and stuzzichini that will awaken the appetite, and for lovers of the kitchen the Chef will share his tips by preparing a perfect risotto alla Milanese.
