Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita has been recognised as one of the top places to golf in GOLF magazine’s 2016 – 2017 Best Places to Play rankings. The beachfront resort in Riviera Nayarit was awarded Gold Medal status for the first time and was one of 37 premier resorts to receive the prestigious gold recognition in the magazine’s annual list.
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita boasts two world-class Jack Nicklaus designed courses, Punta Mita Pacifico Golf Course and Punta Mita Bahia Golf Course, with incredible ocean views.
“We are honoured to receive Gold status in GOLF Magazine’s annual Best Places to Play rankings and be recognised for our premier golf experience offered to our Resort guests and home owners in Punta Mita,” says John O’Sullivan, General Manager, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. “To see our golf program included among such renowned golf destinations is a testament to our commitment to providing golfers with an unforgettable experience, on and off the links.”
A round of golf at Four Seasons Resort Punt Mita offers a breathtaking tropical landscape, stunning ocean views, and the world’s only natural island green, which can be reached at high tide by the Resort’s amphibious golf cart. The Punta Mita Pacifico Golf Course is spread over 81 hectares (200 acres), and takes full advantage of its seaside location. Eight holes border either the Pacific Ocean or Banderas Bay, and offer views of whales during their seasonal migration. Players on the Punta Mita Bahia Golf Course will find undulating fairways and greens, making putting technique an important part of the playing experience. Golf at the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita mirrors the awe-inspiring experience offered by each and every facet of the Resort, including impeccable service, the height of luxury and an authentic taste of rural Mexico.
