From May 19 till June 2, 2014, diners may enjoy the à la carte bundles of steamed glutinous rice dumplings in Jiang-Nan Chun or order them for take-away from Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.




Singled out as the signature rice dumplings, the steamed glutinous rice dumpling with red date paste and the steamed organic glutinous rice dumpling with roasted pork belly, dried shrimp paste and black mushrooms delight palates with a subtly sweet taste and a hint of spice respectively.
