For wine connoisseurs and lovers who like to visit new places to satisfy their wine tatse buds, Baden-Württemberg in Germany is the place to be. Known as the sunshine state with its Kaiserstuhl hills in the south regularly enjoying the warmest temperatures nationwide, it’s no surprise that two of Germany’s best wine growing regions are based in Southern Germany: Baden , which lies in the same temperate zone as Burgundy; and Württemberg , known for its full-bodied red wines.

There has not been a distinguished wine award for some time, at which wine-growers from SouthWest Germany have not been highly ranked.
The south west is also Germany’s leading destination for food connoisseurs, and Baden-Württemberg’s restaurants consistently account for a good third of the top listings in gourmet guides such as the Gault Millau and Guide Michelin.

Wine also plays a leading role in Stuttgart, the regional capital and the only city in Germany to have its own wine-growing estate. There are even vineyards in the downtown area, as well as some 106,000 trees, making this is a green city indeed! Most of Stuttgart’s inhabitants live fewer than two kilometers from a park or vineyard.

The green ‘U’, an elongated semi-circle of six interconnected parks, may not be as well-known as New York’s Central Park, but – stretching for eight kilometers through the city – it is about twice as big!
SouthWest Germany is a treasure trove of hidden delights, begging to be discovered and sampled. Some students join the i need help with my homework homework-writer.com military, which means they must take the asvab
