Grand City Hotels, one of the leading hotel management companies in Europe, has selected SiteMinder’s enterprise distribution technology, Channel Manager, to provide seamless, robust two-way integrations between multiple booking channels and its hotel management system, Opera by MICROS-Fidelio, for more than 80 of its hotels.
The decision – taken after running extensive trials with several competing products – further embeds SiteMinder as ‘best in class’ in the distribution space and will allow Grand City to dramatically increase revenues and online exposure globally, whilst reducing the cost of distribution due to SiteMinder’s unique flat monthly fee model.

The addition of Grand City properties continues the rapid adoption of SiteMinder’s Channel Manager solution worldwide. The Channel Manager is now used in more than 13,500 hotels, encompassing hundreds of thousands of rooms in more than 137 countries around the globe.
