GuestLogix travel retailing platform enables Asia Miles Members to travel further with miles

The t-Retail Platform enables Asia Miles’ seven million members to search, browse and seamlessly redeem miles for a range of travel products on the official website with sales and servicing via the agent channel provided by a Contact Centre interface. Asia Miles is the first Loyalty business in Asia to go live with the t-Retail Platform.

 

 

Through the application of merchandising rules, the OpenJaw t-Retail Platform provides dynamic pricing for car and hotel products, affording Asia Miles with a greater degree of flexibility to meet changing market conditions.

 

 

An inspiring browse and search interface, which includes an interactive map search, filter and sort tools (e.g. by depot location, car group, price, date) makes it easy for members to discover and find the ideal car reward. A similar hotel shopping interface features “Sort by Recommended” or “Sort by Miles” and also displays TripAdvisor ratings for over 60,000 hotels.
