Hampton Hotels, Hilton Worldwide’s global brand of mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton by Hilton hotels, has designated the Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Downtown as one of its national Circle of Excellence Award winners. The property, located at 62 S. Royal Street, is among the top 10 percent of the nearly 1,900 Hampton properties in terms of service, product and quality.
Circle of Excellence Award winners are selected annually by the Hampton Hotels brand based on customer feedback for overall accommodations measured through guest satisfaction surveys about the hotel, as well as product quality and service scores measured quarterly by the company. To recognize this achievement the Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Downtown received a trophy plaque to display in its Perfect Mix Lobby and special designation in the company’s hotel e-directory used by guests to search and review hotel selections.

The seven-story, 149-room Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Downtown is located near area attractions such as History Museum of Mobile, Gulf Coast Exploreum and Mobile Carnival Museum. The hotel offers standard amenities including complimentary hot breakfast, On the RunTM breakfast bags for travelers on-the-go, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Additional features include an outdoor pool and on-premise fitness-room with personal flat screen TV’s.
