Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Lisa Parker to the position of director – shared services, training and development division.
In this role, she is responsible for designing, building and delivering high-impact and sustainable programs that enable Hawaiian Airlines to attract, engage and retain top talent.
“Lisa’s extensive background and knowledge in organizational effectiveness are well-matched to assist us in meeting our current and future business needs as we continue to build on internal programs, professional growth and development opportunities for our more than 5,000 employees,” said Jan Gouveia, Hawaiian Airlines’ managing director, training & development.
Parker has more than a decade of curriculum development, instructional design and strategic planning experience in higher education. Prior to joining Hawaiian Airlines, she held various leadership roles at Argosy University, and most recently with Prospect Education, LLC.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature from California State University in Long Beach, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School and a Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University.
