The shopping lounge is open for passengers flying through Heathrow irrespective of their travel class and it blends online and offline shopping like no other airports in the world.
Moreover, passengers can avail pre-booked styling session free of charge in Heathrow Airport’s dedicated styling suite. The individually tailored appointments are also one of its kinds in the airports worldwide. With an expert team speaking a combined 38 languages between them, Heathrow’s international personal shopping team brings together a unique selection of products from over 400 outlets in a comfortable and private consultation suite.
According to the Retail Director of Heathrow, Mr. Max Vialou-Clark, the shopping habits of the world air passengers are continuously evolving. Heathrow is looking for quick fashion fix and social connection through this new personal shopping lounge. He added, “Now everyone can enjoy VIP treatment, whether you’re a business traveler on the go or are just hunting for that perfect gift.”
