Hong Kong Airlines cabin crew recruitment day was held successfully at the airline’s headquarters last Saturday. Over 500 candidates who have pre-registered for cabin crew vacancies were invited for job interviews. Hong Kong Airlines plans to recruit about 100 cabin crew during the year to cope with the operational needs.
Hong Kong Airlines cabin crew recruitment day is held on a regular basis and has always been popular among job seeks who are interested in the aviation industry. Successful candidates for the cabin crew position will be required to undergo a 7-week all round training programme which includes four weeks of training in faculties of safety and emergency, together with three weeks of training in hospitality, team building and Wing Chun skills.
According to Mr. Stanley Kan, Director of Hong Kong Airlines Service Delivery, in addition to providing the professional and quality services to customers, the development and working environment of employees are also the company’s major concerns. ‘I hope that our crew can gain pleasure and satisfaction at work. Nonetheless, it is also our responsibility to help unearth the potential of our cabin crew members so that they can pursue for their career development at Hong Kong Airlines.
