Hotel industry in Doha gears with creative zeal for FIFA 2022

Silver Pearl HotelDoha is gearing up for the FIFA world Cup to make the stay for the soccer fans that will throng the city in 2022 as pleasant as possible.

 

With the much talked about stadium going through an elaborate construction the city is also focusing on building modern structured hotels designed by Foster+Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects to serve the big event.

 

The Silver Pearl Hotel is a 1000 room luxury resort and conference centre which is 1.5 kilometers off the Doha coastline. The hotel has an exciting gateway. You can enter the complex in your private yacht or by the raised causeway. The hotel is a semi-circular gleaming tower flanked by an all glass atrium. The opening date of the hotel has still to be decided. But once built this is definitely set to be a  favourite  one stop.

 

Solis Doha opening 2015 is also another architectural wonder.  Located next to the Qatar National Convention Center, is the Middle Eastern debut for the 5-star luxury brand. The hotel shines with jagged ends. It has 418 rooms to the sizeable mix about 11,600 rooms under way in Doha which includes the must-have penthouse and royal suites with private elevators.

 

The Katara Towers in Lusail Marina District is Opening 2017. This is a sleek cross- sworded structure which will light up the Lusail Marina District. With a 5-star and a 6-star hotel, as well as apartments, and a man-made island for leisure activities this will definitely be a shining star for in the city’s brilliant architecture.
