SEW_059_aspect16x9-1-300x168Four Seasons Hotel Seattle wants to show guests how to ignite a lifetime of sparks this February. ART Restaurant brings back the popular Valentine’s menu for two, which pairs well with the new Chocolate Espresso Body Glow, Decadent Chocolate Bliss Massage or Couple’s Romantic Escape Package at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Planning to make it a Valentine’s to remember with a proposal? Let the Hotel’s concierge provide Four Seasons service to help make all the elements of the proposal a reality.

Nothing says romance like ART’s Valentine’s sharing menu for two. Indulge in an assortment of aphrodisiac foods, from Juan de Fuca oysters to a chocolate-themed dessert to get the evening started. The menus are available for dinner Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15, 2014.

Tempt taste buds with “First Base,” which includes Juan de Fuca oysters and homemade vinegars; poached blue prawn cocktail; tuna tartar roll with spicy aioli and young love salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The seafood-themed “Sea Of Love” includes butter poached whole Maine lobster; ART’s signature spice rubbed king salmon with garlic spinach; NW shellfish pasta and jumbo prawns with vegetable ratatouille. “Just The Two Of Us” is a decadent menu with grilled Painted Hill beef tenderloin; Maine lobster ravioli with crab sauce, truffle mac & cheese and glazed asparagus with béarnaise sauce.

Finally, add “Love Bites” to complete the experience, featuring Pastry Chef Tara Sedor’s cherry chip hot fudge sundae; Godiva French silk cream pie; hot and spicy donut holes and chocolates and macarons. Or order from the new dessert menu and try “Blame It On The Rain,” which features Theo Chocolate Decadence, Douglas Fir sorbet and huckleberry compote.

Give the gift of an experience at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The Chocolate Espresso Body Glow includes a full body exfoliation with rich espresso mud, followed by chocolate shea butter to deeply hydrate the skin. Or pamper a loved one with The Decadent Chocolate Bliss Massage with hydrating chocolate shea butter and a peppermint foot treatment and scalp massage. Finish with an Invigorating Espresso Mud Pedicure while enjoying the detoxifying and hydrating benefits of coffee and clay.

For an intimate retreat, combine the massage and pedicure for a Couple’s Romantic Escape Package in the privacy of the Couple’s Treatment Suite, complete with chocolate truffles and Champagne. These special treatments are available throughout February.
