Delight Dad with a Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Culina, Modern Italian at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Fathers can enjoy a variety of dishes including lobster eggs benedict with choron sauce, oysters on the half shell, Alaskan crab legs, chipotle-lime roasted tiger shrimp, Mexican ceviche, chilaquiles and molletes, among other delicious items.
There will also be stations with a variety of smoked and grilled lamb and pork, beef sausages, Cabernet-braised angus beef short ribs, and sliders paired with fries dressed in truffle oil, parmesan and herbs. The Farmer’s Market Salad Station will offer organic greens of mesclun and arugula, Mediterranean grilled vegetable antipasti, wild mushrooms and spinach, with gluten-free and vegan options also available. The Mexican Station will offer handmade corn quesadillas, chicken tinga, Oaxaca cheese quesadillas, mushrooms guajillo quesadillas, and assorted handcrafted salsas.
Children will be impressed with a station created especially for them, including angus beef and cheese sliders, macaroni and cheese, finger sandwiches, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, organic buttermilk chicken tenders, assorted vegetable crudité with dips, corn dogs, honey mustard dip, mashed potatoes, cookies and cupcakes.
The Dessert Station will feature an assortment of pastry specialties, including the Chocolate Fondue Station, housemade gelato and sorbets, sugar cones and housemade doughnuts formed from the exclusive machine with diverse toppings created in-house by Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez.
The Father’s Day Brunch will be served from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The prodigious menu is available for USD 99.00 per adult and USD 49.00 per children five to 12 years old.
