International Cruise & Excursions Appoints Travel Industry Veteran Lisa Bau-er as COO and EVP – Operations

International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. announced the appointment of seasoned travel industry executive Lisa Bauer as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Bauer will lead the company’s global operations focusing on and driving company wide operational excellence throughout its sales, marketing and client services and delivering best in class service to ICE’s business partners and clients worldwide.

Bauer joins ICE with more than 20 years in the travel industry, including the past 11 years with Royal Caribbean International where
she most recently served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, responsible for international sales, global marketing and revenue management.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Bauer held senior positions in sales, marketing and operations with Midwest Express Airlines, Legend Airlines and Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort.
