With so many tempting options at Jové Kitchen & Bar, this modern Italian restaurant has introduced a Signature Tasting Menu crafted by Restaurant Chef Mauro Zanusso. Available now through Labor Day weekend, guests can opt for this new offering that features the best of the best selections of Chef and guest favourites.
Venturesome guests can relish in an assortment of five chef-selected signature dishes that includes an appetizer, pasta or risotto, seafood, meat and dessert that will change regularly throughout the summer. The Signature Tasting Menu will include items such as a tuna tartare starter; savoury mushroom ravioli; halibut in a sweet garlic sauce; not-so-traditional veal scaloppini; and a delectable lemon panna cotta for dessert. For those with gluten, vegetarian or pescetarian dining restrictions, alternative menus are available upon request.
Offered nightly from 5:30 until 10:00 pm, this seasonal menu is available in addition to the regular a la carte menu that can be enjoyed inside the rich, modern dining room or al fresco amid the glowing lights and ocean breezes on The Terrace at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.
Jové’s Signature Tasting is USD 55.00 per person. Thoughtfully chosen wine pairings are also available for an additional charge.
