Kenya Airways wishes to inform passengers traveling to/ from Bangkok, Thailand, who wish to reschedule their travel following protests in the city, of rebooking options available.
The rebooking options, which are available to customers ticketed to/from/via Bangkok for travel between January 13, 2014 and January 17, 2014, are:
Change of Travel Dates:
1. One free change of Reservation will be permitted. Any additional changes will entail the applicable change fee if any as per the fare rule
2. Re-booking is only permitted on alternate flights/dates, offerin availability in the ticketed booking class.
3. Fare differences must be collected in case of rebooking in a higher booking class, however all penalties/change fees may be waived.
Refunds:
1. In case of refunds, all penalties will be waived.
Meanwhile, customers flying out of Bangkok are advised to make appropriate arrangements to be at the Suvarnabhumi Airport at least four hours before their scheduled departure time. This is due to closure of major intersections that will impact traffic.
However, the check-in counter for these flights will remain open until one hour before departure time.
